Technical or Access Issues?

Having trouble with Zoom? Try these quick fixes:

  1. Audio issues? Make sure your microphone and speakers are selected correctly in Zoom’s audio settings. Try leaving and rejoining the meeting or restarting your device if the issue continues.

  2. Video not working? Check that your camera is connected and not being used by another program. Go to Zoom's video settings to select the right camera.

  3. Can’t connect or lagging? A weak internet connection might be the issue. Try moving closer to your Wi-Fi router, closing other apps, or switching to a wired connection if possible.

  4. App not working right? Make sure Zoom is updated to the latest version. You can also try restarting the app or your device.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a future-focused, solution-oriented partnership that helps individuals unlock their own potential through insightful questions and self-discovery. Unlike counseling or therapy, coaching does not diagnose or heal past wounds but instead builds on existing strengths to create forward momentum. It differs from mentoring, where advice is given based on personal experience, because coaching draws wisdom from the client, not the coach. Unlike consulting, coaching doesn't offer pre-made solutions but helps clients develop their own. In short, coaching is about helping people create their own answers and chart their own course toward growth and change.

What is your coaching style?

My coaching style is solutions- and process-oriented, with a light-hearted, practical tone. I believe in making steady progress, even when life gets messy. While I'm not one to linger in emotions, I hold space for grace, mistakes, and growth - always with an eye toward what's possible next. Together, we'll focus on what can be done, one clear step at a time.

Who is your ideal client?

My ideal client is looking to achieve goals in the areas of: finance, productivity, home organization, and/or faith. My ideal client is ready to take action but maybe needs help finding where to start or figuring out how to make time to get it done. My ideal client is looking forward, not backward, and is ready to make positive change in their life. Someone who is looking for processes and solutions to achieve their goals are perfect for me. People who need help sitting with feelings and emotions and getting assistance with processing those emotions are not the right clients for me.

What are your policies for live coaching sessions and the self-paced programs?

General Expectations:

  • Coaching services are pre-determined and agreed upon by client and coachin in advance of first paid session.

  • The relationship between the client and life coach is a partnership or alliance, not a legal relationship.

  • Clients are responsible for deciding how they will apply the coach's services, techniques, and advice to their lives.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy and does not diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat mental diseases or disorders.

  • Coaching is not intended to diagnose or treat any physical or mental illness, and it should not be construed as legal, financial, or medical advice.

  • Coaching is a collaborative process; while the coach provides support, guidance, and expertise, specific results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Both the Coach and Client agree to fulfill their obligations for a successful relationship.

  • The Life Coach commits to maintaining ethical standards.

  • The Client agrees to maintain effective and reasonable communication, provide honest feedback, and fully engage in the program and services.

Payment for Services:

  • Fees are due at time of scheduling for live coaching and at time of purchase for self-paced programs.

  • Payment should be made before coaching services are provided for that session.

  • Payments can be made using provided PayPal information.

  • Refunds are not offered for live coaching sessions.

  • Refunds are not offered for self-paced programs.

Cancellation Policy:

  • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a scheduled Live Coaching Session.

  • If 24-hour notice is not given, the Client is obligated to pay for the session.

  • Failing to provide adequate notice more than three times may result in an additional 25% fee per canceled session.

  • Canceling more than a specified number of consecutive sessions or more than a specified total number of scheduled sessions without prior consent from the Coach will be considered a significant breach.

  • If the Coach cancels a session, they will provide 24-hour notice.

  • If the Coach fails to provide 24-hour notice for a cancellation, the Client will receive one free session for each occurrence.

Termination of Agreement:

  • The contract can be terminated by mutual agreement at any time.

  • The contract continues until either party gives a specified number of days' written notice to be determined mutually by Client and Coach.

  • The Coach can terminate the agreement if the Client fails to pay for services or breaches any significant provisions of the contract.

  • The Client agrees to settle any outstanding balances within three days of termination.

Confidentiality:

  • All parties and attached documents are considered confidential.

  • Neither the Coach nor the Client can share information related to the Contract and its Services.

  • Sharing such information would be a significant breach and may lead to further actions by the harmed party.

  • The Client should be aware that the Contract does not have the same legal confidentiality protections as some other agreements.

  • The Coach may need to disclose otherwise confidential information to authorities if required by law.

  • The Coach will not share any information about the Client unless the Client gives written permission.

  • The Coach will not use the Client's name as a reference without the Client's consent.

Limited Liability:

  • The Coach cannot guarantee specific results and is not responsible for any special, direct, or consequential damages.

  • The maximum responsibility of the Life Coach under the Contract is the amount the Client paid for the Services up to the termination date.

  • The Client understands the Life Coach is not responsible for actions or inactions or for any indirect or direct results of the Services provide.

What are your Christian beliefs and how do they affect your live coaching sessions and self-paced programs?

I am a Christian. A Christ-follower. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, who came to Earth and died for our sins so that we can have an eternal relationship with God. Being a Christian is very integral to who I am and how I live my life. I mentioin Biblical figures and for-Christians tips in my self-paced programs and it may also come up in live coaching, simply because it's such a part of me. If that is not for you, then please let me know in the coaching intake form and I will do my best to reduce the mention but please note, I will not be able to eliminate this joyful part of my life entirely.
